| Personal History | Setek was born in the Vulcan province of Raal near a small village on the edge of the Voroth Sea. Growing up, he spent time exploring the coast lands near his home, as well as the Fire Plains and the Na'ree River. In 2366, he traveled to the city of Vulcana Regar where he attended a two-year preparatory school before attending the Vulcan Science Academy in 2368. He graduated from the Vulcan Science Academy in 2372 standing 1st of 122 in his class, then immediately took a 2-year sabbatical in order to study the rituals of Kohlinahr on the plains of Gol. In 2374, after completing his Kohlinahr rituals, he applied to Starfleet Academy. He was accepted and graduated in 2378 with a degree in engineering and specialty in propulsion engineering. |
